📨 Standard Altegio notifications 

You can not only send all the standard types of Altegio notifications, but also add text formatting, attach buttons, images and files to messages, add different text for different channels.

You can launch mass mailings to selected segments from both the Altegio interface and the Fromni interface. Using both the Altegio database and the database from your CRM.

 

💬 Chat in Altegio

You can communicate with your customers directly from the Altegio interface. All customer dialogues are in one window, as well as a chat with a specific customer right in the appointment card.

 

🤖 “Appointment confirmation” bot

The chatbot will remind the client about the appointment and ask them to confirm it. Depending on the client's response, the appointment status will change automatically. If the appointment is canceled, the slot will be released for other clients and the manager/master will receive a notification about the cancellation. 

 

🤖 “Collecting positive reviews” bot

The chatbot will ask the client to rate the appointment. If the rating is positive, the bot will offer to write a review on public resources (that you choose). If the rating is negative, the bot will also collect feedback, but this information will only be sent to you by email.

How much does Fromni. Chatbot cost?

Prices start at 10 €/month (details in the "Pricing" tab).

Pricing is based on the number of subscribers. A subscriber is a client you've communicated with at least once in a month. The subscriber count resets every month. For example, if you communicated with 100 clients last month and 100 new clients this month, you have 100 subscribers, not 200. The "Up to 100 Subscribers" plan would be suitable for you.

Go to "Integrations" -> "Notifications" -> "Fromni. Chatbot" and click "Connect". Follow the subsequent steps.
