Setting Up Access to the Service (New Interface)

In Altegio, you can invite employees who do not provide services to manage a location, add employees who provide services without granting them access to the location, and add employees who provide services with access.

An employee with access is a company employee who has access to location management, a role, and certain rights in Altegio. The employee logs into the system using a username and password and can perform actions permitted by their access rights.

Access can be granted to an employee with any role—owner, administrator, specialist, accountant, etc. Depending on the employee's role, different levels of access need to be configured.

Unique identifiers (login) for accessing the system are email and phone number.

Invitations to manage a location can be sent in various ways: in the Settings > Staff and Billing > Limit management sections. This article will cover both methods. Additionally, this article will discuss adding employees who provide services without granting them access to the service in the new interface.
