Loyalty and online booking access rights

Access rights to the Loyalty section

Access to the Loyalty section allows you to issue and delete client loyalty cards, manually replenish and reduce the balance of loyalty cards, edit the balance and expiration date of the memberships, and also indicate payment using gift cards and memberships without a code in situations not provided for by the loyalty program or erroneous accruals/charges.

Also, access to this section makes it possible to use the Apply gift card/subscription/loyalty card button in a booking in the Status section if this gift card/subscription/loyalty card is assigned to the customer's card in the Loyalty section. In this case, there will be no need to enter the gift card/subscription code to pay for the visit. 


Access rights to the Online booking

Access to the Online booking section allows the user to:

  • create a business card using the Ylink.me platform;
  • access the section with information on processing of personal data. A user with these rights will be able to edit the text of the agreement, change the language, as well as enable/disable the setting that displays the agreement on the processing of personal data in online booking widgets; 
  • Create and configure chatbot.
