The Overview section provides essential service information, such as contact details for Altegio support, recent reviews, messages, and calls. It also includes information about recent appointments, including the time of the appointment, the client or administrator who made it, the source of the booking, which employee was selected, and the service booked, as well as client details.
Configuring access rights allows you to give different permissions to view this data.
For example, your administrators have access to the Summary section, they see contact details of your personal manager and your location ID (you’ll need to give it to the technical support specialist when you contact Technical support), but don't see phone numbers of clients. They can also view reviews and a list of appointments (the list displays appointments for the current day only and without client’s phone numbers).
