Overview access rights

The Overview section contains service information that you’ll need to contact Altegio support, information on reviews, messages and calls, information on recent appointments, as well as information on which appointments were made for what time, who made them (administrator or client), information about their source, where the online booking was made from, for which employee, what service the booking was made for, client data, etc. 

Configuring access rights allows you to give different permissions to view this data.

For example, your administrators have access to the Summary section, they see contact details of your personal manager and your location ID (you’ll need to give it to the technical support specialist when you contact Technical support), but don't see phone numbers of clients. They can also view reviews and a list of appointments (the list displays appointments for the current day only and without client’s phone numbers).
