Altegio automatically creates two default storage locations: Consumables and Products. However, you can add additional storage locations to suit your business needs.

A new storage

1. Go to the "Inventory — Storages" section.

2. Click the "Add storage" button.

3. In the new window that opens specify the Name and Type of this storage (to write-off the consumable materials or to sell products), and add a Comment.

4. Click the "Save" button to apply your settings.

Editing

All information about storages can be edited. To do this, select the storage by either clicking its name or by clicking the "Edit" button. In the new window that opens, change the name of the storage, its type, and comment, click the "Save" button. Here you can also delete this storage.
