Rescheduling appointments

In Altegio, you can reschedule appointments for another employee, another time during the day or another date altogether.

There are several ways to do this:

1. Select the booking in the Appointment Calendar, open the booking by clicking it and go to the Appointment details tab. You can change the date and/or time of the appointment by editing those fields below the Services section. To select another staff member click the Advanced options line and select another employee from the list. Click Save.

2. In the Appointment Calendar hover your cursor over the booking you’d like to reschedule and click and hold the left mouse button. Drag the appointment to where you’d like to place it in the Appointment Calendar, i.e. to the column of an employee and time and day (available when viewing schedule for the week).
