With Altegio, you can effortlessly reschedule appointments for a different employee, time of day, or an entirely new date.
There are two ways to do this:
1. Locate the desired booking in the Appointment Calendar and click on it to open the Appointment details tab. To change the date and/or time, simply edit the respective fields under the Services section. For assigning a different staff member, click on the Advanced options line and choose an alternative employee from the list. Click Save to confirm your changes.
2. In the Appointment Calendar, hover your cursor over the booking you wish to reschedule. Click and hold the left mouse button, then drag the appointment to the desired location within the calendar, such as a specific employee's column, time, and day (available when viewing the weekly schedule).
