Checkout tab features

Once the appointment status is set to either Arrived or Confirmed, the Checkout tab will become available. This allows users to proceed with the payment process and complete the appointment. The Checkout tab provides a convenient platform for processing payments and finalizing appointment details.

The "Quick payment" section within the Checkout tab provides a user-friendly and efficient platform for managing payments and completing appointments.

In this section, you can:

1. Quickly deposit payment into a designated cash register.

2. Pay for the appointment using a gift card, with detailed information available in the "Paying for products and services with a gift card" article.

3. Use a Customer account to pay for the appointment, with additional information available in the "Deposit accounts" article.

4. Take advantage of promotions by applying a loyalty program to the total amount, as outlined in the "Paying for the appointment using loyalty cards and promotions" article.

5. Easily search for memberships and gift cards by code.

6. Print a receipt after payment, ensuring a complete and organized record of the transaction.

The loyalty payment options in the "Quick payment" tab are tailored to the specific appointment. Only the loyalty types that can be applied to the appointment will be displayed. If a client's assigned loyalty type cannot be used to pay for the services or products in the appointment, they will not appear here.

It's important to note that the ability to use loyalty options for payment is dependent on the client being indicated. If a client is not specified, it will not be possible to use loyalty options to pay for the appointment. However, you can still search for and view the loyalty options using their code.
