Checkout tab features

After you set either the Arrived or Confirmed status for the appointment the Checkout tab will appear.

Using the Quick payment tab you can:

  1. Quickly deposit payment into a specific cash register;
  2. Pay for the booking using a gift card. You can read about this in detail in the Paying for products and services with gift card article;
  3. Pay for the booking using the Customer account. You can read about this in detail in the Deposit accounts article;
  4. Apply promotion if the client participates in the loyalty program. You can use multiple loyalty cards one by one and promotions will apply to resulting amounts. Read about this in detail in the Paying for the appointment using loyalty cards and promotions article;
  5. Search for memberships and gift cards by code;
  6. Print receipt after payment.

You will only see loyalty payment options that can be applied to this booking.

If loyalty types assigned to the client cannot be used to pay for services/products in the appointment they will not appear in this tab.

You’ll still be able to find them using their code but you won’t be able to use them to pay for the appointment.

Another thing to keep in mind is that all loyalty types are assigned to a specific client. You won’t be able to use loyalty to pay for the appointment unless you indicate a client.

Using the Split payment tab you can:

  1. Indicate split payment using different payment options (cash or card);
  2. Print receipt after payment.
