In the Notifications tab you can enhance your appointment management. The features in this tab allow you:
1. Sending a confirmation for the appointment, even if this notification is not enabled. You can read more about this in detail here.
2. Setting up individual reminders about upcoming appointments via SMS and email.
3. Setting up individual return visit reminders.
4. Sending individual messages via the “SMS”, “Push” and “Email” delivery channels.
Please note that by default, the system uses settings specified in the Settings - Notifications section.
Change log tab features:
The Change log tab provides detailed information about all changes made to the appointment, including which user made the change and when it was made.
