Onboarding: configuring notifications through SMS provider and chatbots

Altegio allows you to notify and inform new and loyal customers using push messagesSMS and chatbots:

        • about services and discounts provided;
        • notify about online appointment;
        • send a reminder for an upcoming visit;
        • request feedback after the visit;
        • inform staff members about clients’ appointments, as well as their rescheduling and cancellation.
  1. To send messages by the means of SMS aggregators or chatbots you'll need to conclude an agreement with one of Altegio’ partners. A list of partners will continue to grow and you'll always be able to select an aggregator with more beneficial terms.
  2. After the agreement you’ll be able to start configuring types of notifications for your clients and staff:
