You can create a new transaction in the Finance - Accounts and cash registers sections. To create a new transaction click the New transaction button.
And in the Finance - Financial transactions:
You need to indicate:
- date and time of the transaction;
- payment item, for instance, purchase of consumables (read about payment items in greater detail here);
- cash register where the funds are transferred from ot transferred to;
- recipient or payer: supplier, client or employee;
- select a supplier, client or employee from the drop down list (to select a supplier or a client start entering their name);
- amount to transfer;
Click the Save button.
