You can create a new transaction in the Finance - Accounts and cash registers section by clicking on the "New transaction" button.
Or in the Finance - Financial transactions:
You need to indicate the following details:
- date and time of the transaction;
- payment item, for instance, purchase of consumables (read about payment items in greater detail here);
- cash register where the funds are transferred from ot transferred to;
- recipient or payer: supplier, client or employee;
- select a supplier, client or employee from the drop down list (to select a supplier or a client start entering their name);
- amount to transfer;
- comment.
Click the Save button.
