With Altegio, you have the ability to easily access the history of messages sent to a specific client, as well as view the history of messages based on specific filters.
To access the history of messages sent to a specific client, you can utilize the following methods:
In an Appointment card
Open an appointment of a client you’d like to see the history of messages for in the Appointment Calendar. There you’ll need to open the Sent messages tab in the Client section.
In a Client’s card
In the Clients — Client Database section open a card of a client you want to see the history of messages for and open the Sent messages tab.
You can also view all message history and filter it as needed. To do this, go to the Overview — Messages (detailed instructions can be found in the article).
