Notification templates

In the pop-up that opens configure status, notification template, channels and click Save button.

Important

  • We don’t recommend adding emojis to notification templates because it may be displayed incorrectly for the recipient.
  • In the Upcoming visit notification type the default setting is set to send an SMS message 1 hour prior to appointment and an Email 12 hours prior to appointment. If the booking was created before the notification settings were changed then default settings will apply. Changes you’ve made will be applied for future bookings only. If you need to, you can change the settings manually for bookings created before in the Notifications tab in the booking itself. You can read about this in more detail here.
