Personal account in Online booking widget

For customers who book appointments using Online booking widget, it is possible to reschedule and cancel future appointments, find previous visits and check relevant loyalty information.

Using personal account in online booking clients can do the following:

  • reschedule or cancel upcoming appointments;
  • repeat the last appointments;
  • check loyalty cards and promotion terms;
  • see memberships balance;
  • see gift cards balance.

To get into your personal account, you need to log in:

  1. At the bottom of the online booking widget, click the Profile or My bookings button.
  2. Go to the Login by code tab, enter the phone number and click To get the code.
  3. In the newly opened window enter the code received via SMS.

NB! In order to receive a code via SMS, you need to connect and configure an SMS aggregator. Read more about configuration in the article.

Clients can check their appointments after login.

Note

In order to have access to all information on appointments and loyalty, it is necessary to log in using the phone number that had been used for all bookings created in the specified location before.

Profile section:

  • Personal data — you can change your name, number and email by clicking your name at the top of the page;
  • Loyalty cards — in this section clients will see the accumulated number of bonuses, cashback or discount, depending on the promotion assigned to the card;
  • Memberships — all available memberships and the remainder of their sessions are displayed in this section;
  • Gift cards — available gift cards and their balance are displayed in this section;
  • Change language — allows your clients to change the widget language.

  • Upcoming sessions — all upcoming client appointments are displayed. An appointment can be rescheduled or canceled by clicking it.
  • Previous sessions  — all previous client appointments are displayed. An appointment can be repeated by clicking it and selecting an available date.
