Overview > Summary

The Overview – Summary section contains service information that is necessary when contacting Altegio support, as well as summary information about recent bookings and visits.

The content of the blocks in the Overview – Summary section:

  • Location ID: it is required when contacting technical support service
  • Contact details of a personal customer support manager (if this block does not have the manager's data, but displays the support service contacts, contact the support service to assign a personal manager to your company)
  • Bookings (last upcoming and previous visits of your company)
  • Booking activity log of your company
