The list of services from all locations, as well as all chain services are displayed in the Services > Migration of services section. Next to each service, there is information about the location where it is available. Chain services are managed using the buttons in the upper right corner: Configure in locations and Combine services.

You can add, delete and synchronize chain services between the locations and the chain using the Configure in locations button.

Using the Combine services button, you can combine services/categories of one or different locations.

NB!

If you combine several services/categories into one, a united chain service/category will be created. Combining categories and services is an irreversible operation, if you accidentally combine services, you will need to create them again. All information on the different services (history, analytics, financial transactions, etc.) to be combined will also change. Do not use this option to add services to the chain and locations. Merging is necessary if duplicates of categories or services with the same information have been created.

Adding services to locations

In order not to configure the same services in each location, you can configure them once in the chain interface or in one of the locations, and then copy them to other locations. To do this, use the Configure in locations > Add to branches button. To set up services in locations, first connect locations for the categories of these services. If the category is not a chain one, you will not be able to add chain services to it.

Chain categories and services are marked with a special chain badge .

How to add a service category to the chain:

1. Check the necessary categories in the Migration of services section.
2. Click Configure in locations > Add to branches. 
3. Select the branches where you want to add the selected categories to.
4. Click Save. 

After adding the category to the chain, you can add services to it.

How to add services to the chain:

1. Select the necessary services in the Migration of services section. In this case, the services have to be from the same category, if you try to check services from different categories, an error will appear. Services from another category need to be added separately. 
2. Click Configure in locations > Add to branches. 
3. Select the branches where you want to add the selected services to. 
4. Click Save.

The list of locations does not contain those branches that already have all the selected categories and services at the same time.

Removing services from locations

1. Select the required categories or services in the Migration of services section. 
2. Click Configure in locations > Remove from Branches. 
3. Select the branches where you want to delete the selected categories or services from. 
4. Click Save. 

This window displays a list of all branches where the selected categories or services are added.

Synchronization and transfer of the service from the location to the chain

If there is a need for the location services to become chain, for example, you need to add individual services to a promotion or gift card, you can use the synchronization function. Synchronization also helps to bring the list of chain services to uniformity in all locations, i.e. add services to the necessary locations and remove them from locations where these services are not necessary. 

Services and categories of services that have already been added to the chain are marked with the  special badge next to the name.

To synchronize services:

1. Select the required categories or services in the Migration of services section. 
2. Click Configure in locations > Synchronize.
3. The selected categories or services will be added to the checked branches and removed from the others. 
4. Click Save.

To transfer services from a branch to a chain:

1. Select a service category that has not yet been added to the chain, click the Configure in locations > Synchronize button. 

2. Check the branch where the category is transferred from and click Save.

3. After refreshing the page, a chain badge will appear next to the category name.

4. In the added category, check the services that need to become chain, and click the Configure in locations > Synchronize button again. 

5. Check the same branch where the services are transferred from and click Save. After that the location services will become chain.

Note

• If the name for the online booking differs from the name of the service, after the migration of this service to the chain, the name for the online booking must be re-added in the Services > Service Settings chain section (for each service separately). For more information see the article: Setting chain services.
• If the Service is available for a limited time option is enabled in the service settings in the location,  after the migration of this service to the chain, the dates must be set again (in the same location where the service was copied from). For more information see the article: Setting and editing services.

Combining services

There may be a situation when the same services from different locations appear in the chain interface. Such services can be combined into one using the Combines services button. If the service categories are duplicated, you need to combine the categories first, and then combine the services included.

1. Combine the service categories. To do this, check the box on the left of the category name and click Combine services. In the pop-up window specify the name.

NB!

When combining categories, all the services included will be transferred to a new chain category. Attention!!! Combining service categories is an irreversible operation.

2. Copy the services from the newly created chain category to other locations. In a similar way to the category setting, check the boxes on the left of the service name and click Configure in locations. In the pop-up window select the branches (check the boxes) where you want to copy the services to.

NB!

When the services are combined, a united chain service with the specified name will be created. Attention!!! Combining services is an irreversible operation. It cannot be canceled!
