In the chain interface, the Clients section contains a list of clients who have visited all locations of the chain. When you click the client name, you are directed to the client card, which contains information related to the client. The information is divided into 4 sections:
Customer card
This section contains basic information about the client: name, phone number, gender, date of birth, category, importance, discount, and the amount spent on services.
Information is displayed for each location visited.
Add. fields of clients
This section contains additional client fields, as well as their values.

Visit history
This section contains all the bookings of the client, the employees visited, the services provided, the products purchased, discounts and amounts paid, booking comments, as well as the locations that the client visited.
Sent messages
This section contains a list of messages sent to the client via all channels. Their type, status, time, message content and channel are also displayed here.
Loyalty
This section contains the current loyalty program and allows an opportunity to issue a card to the customer or delete it.
All gift cards and memberships, as well as loyalty cards that were issued to the client, and information on them are displayed here:
- amount of all payments;
- number of visits;
- discounts;
- accrued bonuses;
- promotions that are attached to this card;
- history of all card transactions: date, promotion, payment amount or accrued bonuses;
- canceling bonuses: amount of bonuses and their validity period;
- accrue/write-off of bonuses (manual).
