What is it and what is it for?

The Analytics > Staff section displays how much employees earn for a certain period of time and by what indicators.

NB!

Statistics is generated only for bookings with the Arrived status.

The report contains the following information:

• Employee
• Earnings
• Sum of services provided
• Number of services provided
• Sum of sold products
• Number of sold products 
• Hours worked
• Cost per hour of work 
• Percentage of the total revenue

How to use the report?

To generate a report, go to the Analytics > Staff section in the chain interface. Filter the list by the required items and click the Show button.

Filters that can be used in the report:

• Period
• Location

In the % of the total revenue column, you can open a data chart that displays daily revenue of the employee. To do this, click the button on the right.

If necessary, the report can be downloaded as Excel. The data is downloaded only by the means of email. The user receives an email with a link to the downloaded file. Afterwards in Altegio, in the Overview > Data log section a log of downloads will appear with information about who, when and what data requested. The download file can also be received by the means of the download log if necessary rights are checked.
