Report on gift cards

What is it and what is it for?

Report on gift cards shows information on all gift cards valid in the chain. It can be configured in many formats depending on the information that needs to be shown in it.

Data that will be shown in the report:

  • Gift card number
  • Gift card type
  • Balance
  • Par value
  • Status
  • Customer
  • Date and place of sale
  • Payments
  • Amount debited

How to work with the report?

There are two types of spaces in Altegio: locations and chains. Locations — with yellow highlight on the left, chains — with purple highlight on the left. Locations and chains have different sections. 

To open the chain you need to do the following:

  1. Click the name of the location in the top left corner.
  2. In the drop-down list select the desired chain.

To form a report go to Loyalty > Gift cards section in the chain interface. Filter the list by parameters needed and click the Show button.

Data you can use to filter the information:

  • Date of sale
  • Sale location
  • Date of use
  • Use location
  • Gift card number
  • Phone number of the gift card owner

Using filters you can view a number of gift cards sold in a specific location for a period selected.

Data in the Number, Buyer, Sale and Payments is presented as clickable links:

  • link in the Number column opens the page with detailed information about the gift card;
  • link in the Buyer column opens client’s chain card;
  • link in the Sale column opens page with details on the financial operation;
  • link in the Payments column opens Appointment where debit took place.
