Sometimes you need to freeze a membership - i.e. the client is ill or the business cannot provide services for some time.
If while creating membership type you’ve turned on the setting that allows freezing the membership you’ll be able to pause application of this type of memberships.
How to do that?
In the chain go to the Loyalty > Memberships section.
Select membership that you would like to freeze. Click the Freeze button.
When you need to activate the membership again you’ll be able to do that in the same section by clicking the Unfreeze button.
In the client card in the client base or in the visit
If the subscription type allows changing the balance and term in the branch, it will be possible to freeze the subscription without going to the chain. In the membership type, in the field "In which branches the balance and the subscription period can be changed", select "Only in the branch where the subscription was sold", or "In all branches of the network".
To freeze a membership in the client card in the client base or in the visit window, go to the "Loyalty" tab. In the Membership Freeze subsection, select the desired period and click the Freeze button.
