Connection within 5 minutes

  1. Log in to the Altegio account
  2. Go to Integrations page and choose Notifications category
  3. Find Fromni Notifications app or press the link

  4. Click the «Connect» button


5. Grant the access that application needs and accept our Privacy policy. Press Continue


6. Follow set-up process - register new account or log in if you already registered. 


7. If you press “Create an account”.


8. Application will automatically upload the telephone number connected with Altegio account. You can change it if needed. Press “Send confirmation code”.


9. Enter 6-digits code sent to your phone as SMS. Press Confirm.


10. If the Code is entered correctly, you will see that on the confirmation page. Press Continue.


11. Installation process finished. Our app is connected with your Altegio account. You will receive email from us with credentials and our representative will contact you to help you start messaging. 




How to get our support

  1. Write us email to 
  2. Give us your login information and describe your problem.
  3. Our Customer care representative will process your message and we will keep you updated and let you know if additional information is needed.


You can also get Support in your Fromni Notifications account.

  1. Log-in to your Fromni Notifications personal account.
  2. Select Support section.
  3. In the window that appears, click New ticket.mceclip0.png
  4. Fulfill the form and press Add.mceclip1.png5. You receive the answer to your e-mail. Also, you can see it by clicking Show in Support section.
